Elektroingenieur absolvierte die Federal University in Paran\u00e1. (UCLA-USA), der Universit\u00e4t Stuttgart (DEUTSCHLAND) und des INSEAD in Fontainebleau (Frankreich).<\/p>\n<p>Er hat 41 Jahre Erfahrung in Gro\u00dfprojekten in den Bereichen Telekommunikation, Erzeugung und \u00dcbertragung von elektrischem Strom und in Sanit\u00e4ranlagen im Bundesstaat Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Er war Vizepr\u00e4sident von Telepar, Chief Executive Officer von Sanepar und Chief Executive Officer von Copel.
